Returns & Exchanges

At [HOONIGAN], we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear; if your order isn't hitting the rev limiter, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition drops and clearance items may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for the return and follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Paid

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
